As with all physical maladies, it is always a good suggestion to look at your lifestyle and see what might be contributing to your illness.

Stress: Stress exacerbates every condition. Take some extra time to do things that you enjoy, help you to relax and help you gain more confidence and self-esteem!

Diet: A healthy diet is important to increasing your immune system and function, as well as ensuring overall good health. Make sure to stay away from processed foods, added sugars, saturated fats, etc. Also take a look at labels and stay away from those items that have a lot of "unknown" ingredients and chemicals!

Exercise: Exercise releases toxins from the bloodstream through sweat and exertion. Follow up and exercise routine with a good shower to get rid of all bacteria!

Hygiene: It's just common sense, but it's important to keep clean, especially during flare-ups, so that you don't spread any of the bacteria!
